Part of the fun of my maternity leave has been that I have finally had time (between naps) to really explore some of the social networks, like Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter, to determine how I can leverage them for clients.I have about three or four posts rattling around in my head from this exploration, but it will be a few days before I can get to them. Cool Tools: Scrapblogging Your Important Life Events
I think that Scrapblog is a great tool for sharing photos and other events. It allows them to be shared virally and can be used for both personal and professional purposes. Think about sharing pictures from a charitable event or as an internal communication tool to share those company picnic photos. I had been looking for an opportunity to play around with it, and couldn't think of a better reason than the arrival of my second child earlier this week. Birthday Cake and Flag Day
Today is my birthday, so it might not surprise you that I have always been a proponent of making Flag Day, a US observance in honor of the American Flag, into a full-blown holiday.
