Survey Says: We Are Overwhelmed By Our E-mail
IABC has released an e-mail survey of communicators that found a majority of us feel we get too much e-mail and are spending two hours or more daily dealing with e-mail. It is a great follow-up to my lament last week, Get Control of Your Inbox.
