Resources: Social Media 101 and the ROI of Blogging
There are a couple of great resources I ran across today that I thought I would share. First, is there is yet another e-book about Social Media 101. While this one is pretty basic, it clearly covers the bases of blogs, podcasts, wikis, social networking, content communities and even a section on Second Life.
