Spurred on by Neville and all of his posts about blog editors, I decided to start trying a few. So, for my first try, I am using Performancing, a Firefox plugin to write this post.
You tell me how it looks.
All of this time I have used the interface for Blogger and a greasemonkey user script for Firefox that I downloaded to fill in the Technorati tags automatically to Blogger posts.
By the way, without Firefox, my blogging experience would actually be painful.
My beefs so far, you can't ask it to post at a later time, one of the things I hate about Blogger, a girl can't get ahead. My second issue, you can't save it to your hard drive or save as you go, at least I haven't figured out how. If it crashed you lose everything, which bothers me. It doesn't have spellcheck yet, but with a beta extention it can be added.
What I love so far, it has a painless way to add Technorati and del.icio.us tags, and it pings other trackback enabled sites for you, right in the blog post (something Blogger doesn't do). It doesn't auto discover trackbacks, but because the posting interface is right in the same browser, it is VERY easy to find then cut and paste the trackback.
I haven't messed with images yet, so that remains to be seen.
