Last week, Darren at Problogger.net held a group writing project asking people to write about the habits of effective blogger and submit them. He then posted the entries to his blog. The project is now closed, but 80 blog posts were selected.
I wrote the “7 Habits of Highly Effective Bloggers” back in February, which was accepted for entry. Since Darren linked to it, the traffic and the comments on the post have exploded.
If you are like me and want the cliff notes, Robert at the Retrospector blog summed up all of the posts by idea, number that recommended it and percentage. I have put the top 20 percent of ideas here, but you can see them all at Robert’s site in a handy table format, there are some good ideas in the bottom 80 percent that I found interesting, including ask questions, get help, drink caffeine and don’t do drugs. Thanks Robert for taking all the time to do this.
