Gray Line New Orleans, a tour company , will start operating a new blockbuster tour, “Hurricane Katrina — America's Worst Catastrophe,” beginning Jan. 4. The cost to go on the tour will be $35 and their will be an educational component, including some info about how the marshes have been degraded.
