On the Road in Texas

My family in Beaumont holds their annual Christmas stew for 200 of their closest friends this weekend.

The deceorations alone are good enough reason to attend. I bet from Google Earth you could see the Christmas lights (do they do night shots?).

I will be driving with my almost 20-month-old son (who hates to sit in his car seat) and my husband from San Antonio to Beaumont tomorrow.

I have recently signed up for Audioblogger, so if I see anything cool or interesting on the road, I will blog it in from my cell phone. Of course, I don't think I will be able to add any text, so you will have to just take my word that it is interesting and listen (ha-ha).
